Reinstatement of Core Skills Training with effect from 1 April 2021
Following a pause in Core Skills Training due to COVID-19, we are now working towards getting back to business as usual. The requirement for all staff to complete their refresher e-learning in line with their Required Learning profile on the Learning Hub will be reinstated from 1st April 2021.
Also with effect from 1st April 2021, Core Skills Infection Prevention and Control Level 2 e-learning frequency increased from 3 yearly to Annually. Any staff member that is non-compliant with any of their Core Skills Training must complete their e-learning as soon as possible.
Staff and managers are requested to prioritise the completion of Information Governance e-Learning; Trust compliance has decreased to 87% in this subject and it is vital that we make progress in achieving the national statutory target of 95%.
